CCBCC provides a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees that also cover eligible dependents.  Our flexible benefits program provides an array of options to meet our employees’ changing benefit needs.  Each year during the annual enrollment period, employees have the opportunity to review benefit elections and make new elections for the upcoming year.
