Stephanie, now our Senior Director of Remanufacturing and Support Services in Monroe, North Carolina, has spent the last 20 years growing her career within the Company. From starting as a scheduler in the Regional Operations Center to leading a department that manages remanufacturing, parts procurement, dispatch, and support services, her journey reflects dedication, growth, and the power of purpose-driven leadership.
Her path wasn’t built on a conventional roadmap. “I came in as a young mother without formal training in this field,” she shares. “But the culture here—one that nurtures talent, values authenticity, and encourages learning—made it possible to grow into the leader I am today.”
Stephanie credits much of her success to Coca-Cola Consolidated’s faith-based culture and strong support system. “This Company has poured into me with training, opportunities and unwavering encouragement. I’ve had sponsors and mentors who believed in me and helped me see the bigger picture.”
That investment in people is something Stephanie pays forward through mentorship. Her leadership style is grounded in intentionality and presence—being available, listening actively and creating space for collaboration. “I bring my Team together often to evaluate processes and empower them to offer solutions. It’s how we grow stronger—together.”
When asked what excites her most about the future, she doesn’t hesitate. “Innovation, change and continued growth. I love seeing how all the pieces of this business fit together. And I’m inspired daily by the amazing people I get to work with.”
